Terms Of Service

T.O.S.

1. All Commissions are paid in full, up front through PayPal. I provide an invoice.2. I will provide two files upon request- An Anti-AI Watermarked version which WILL be posted to my social media and/or yours to prevent theft or insert into a database and a watermark free version which can be used to your liking. If you do not want me to post, let me know! I usually ask after the Commission is completed.3. All private details such as name and email will be kept between us, it will not be shared.4. In the event you have to cancel a Commission after a sketch you will receive a full refund. IF a commission is cancelled during the final stages such as line art, coloring and rendering, I shall only refund half.5. If you are curious if I offer different listings not included in the Prices Page, feel free to ask me! Keep in mind since they are not listed in the official page I do have the liberty to charge you amounts not listed on the Prices page however, I am open to reasonable negotiation.6. I will maintain continuous contact during the sketching process, and once the final sketch is approved- I will go to lineart, color and so on. PLEASE refrain from making changes to the previous stages of the process, especially if I had already sent you a screenshot of the WIP and you approved.(Ex: Wanting me to make changes in lineart/sketch while I am in the coloring or rendering stage)- If for ANY reason you provided a ref and colors and suddenly start changing the reference and moving colors around more than once after the sketch has already been approved, I WILL charge a $10 fee for every change requested.Examples of what I more or less expect when given references:

Note:
I do not expect you to go through the trouble of organizing everything like this but this is the ref I created in response to everything he articulated.If your character has more than one design, change, or you want to mess around with their design a bit, please articulate it from the beginning. Do not send me two subtly different refs without being clear on what you want me to include from both designs because then I'll assume you're giving me the freedom to choose.

7. I will finish as quick as I can, and usually I do work fast but I also have home life and a full-time job. If you do not hear from me after a few days please feel free to poke me! But most of the time I will update you at least once every other day.

- Depending on the complexity and the amount of back and forth during the sketch process, it will take a bit longer than other Commissions. If I happen to finish other's before yours do not be discouraged- I don't want to rush through your piece and I want to make sure I am delivering a product both you and I can be proud of.What I Will Draw :
